More than 100 years committed to technical progress has made us the leading manufacturer in the fields of variable AC drives, servo drives, control technology and robotics.
More than 100 years of experience with driving of electric motors has led Yaskawa to develop products which perfectly combine technical superiority with easy handling.
One key to success is the appropriate education of your staff. The Yaskawa Academy offers you a broad range of courses tailored to the level of knowledge of participants - from entry-level to expert. Our course program is modular and offers the right training module for nearly all applications and every level of knowledge
Welding is our specialty – since more than 40 years – not only robots, but peripherals, services and lots of expertise
Our Welding Robots
Unique Multi-Robot technology for fully-synchronized coordination of up to 8 robots (or 72 axes) with a single controller
Reduced cycle time and programming time increase the effi ciency of the system
Very flexible system, e.g. due to the option of jigless welding
Integrated routing of the dress package through the upper arm and wrist joint improves accessibility in the fixtures and increases the service life of the dress packages
Particular suitability of industrial robots for handling the heavy welding gun with power control during spot welding
Positioning with high precision and speed reduces cycle times and increases productivity
Several functions and software make your welding easy and of highest quality. Our YRC1000 controller is a compact, fast and flexible controller for Motoman robots that combines high performance robot control in a small footprint cabinet with volume of 125 litres and a maximum weight of 70 kg. Besides the typical Yaskawa controller functionality, the YRC1000 includes additional functional improvements. Speed of the controller has been increased by lowering a ladder scanning time. Path accuracy improvement assures increased precision in trajectory performance independently on the motion speed.
Real time synchronisation of up to eight robots and external axes (max. 72 axes)
Dynamic calculation of torque and loads on the robot axes
Ethernet, Web (ftp, opc) Server options and all common fieldbus systems
Application specific function packages including more than 120 functions
Easy interfaces to all common power source suppliers
